I wasn’t sure whether or not a Vespa would be considered a motorcycle since it’s a scooter and doesn’t go quite as fast.

    In most states, if the scooter is 50cc and under – you need a driver’s license.

    Any higher and you will need a motorcycle endorsement on your license.

    It’s not the point that it’s a scooter or a Vespa. It’s the size of the motor that determines that.

    It only goes about 60 km/per hour. I think you just need a class 7.

    It depends on your local laws. In my area you need a license and tag but insurance is not required. Call and ask your local DMV.

    No, this is America, just do whatever you want. A license and insurance is not necessary as it is expensive.

    It is a m otor vehicle,you will need a license of some sort. Call your local police to ask who issues them.
