I need to share my story or and post my opinion/review to caution others who have used or who are thinking about using my company and the contractor that they use. Both put me and continue to put me through hell.

    Go to Angie’s List, which is where you should have checked before hiring that contractor!

    if you just want to vent, go to http://www.epinions.com . You also have the option of filing a complaint with your state insurance department (google search it) and filing a formal complaint with them. The insurance company has a limited amount of time in which to respond to your complaint. You can also hire a lawyer and sue for damages.

    You should make the state commissioner of insurance in your state aware. They may even have a complaint board.
