It’s best to shop around. You never know who will give you the best rates. I don’t know where you live, and what the regulations are for your state. It is best to go with the big name brands, to make sure that you don’t get screwed if you ever have an accident.
We currently have Progressive. We switched to Progressive and saved thousands of dollars (we were using Liberty Mutual.)
Other good companies are Geico, Allstate, State Farm.

it is really hard to find a cheap one since you are a new driver, but try to get a quote from different insurance, so you can choose the best for you.
