First off, there’s no final bill yet and everything you’ve heard so far is just talking.
Secondly there are provisions in the bill for health care for those whom can not afford it, but again it’s just talk at this point.
It also depends on which bill you look at as well. It’s the democratic process and happens for every bill wether a Dem or Rep is in office.
