I know that it is important to have health when living in a different country, unless you have the cash to pay up front for medical expenses. So my question, is for those American Expats already living in the Philippines …

What type of medical do you have?

A little bit of information about their coverage would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any replies.

The cheapest Blue Cross. (As Gov’t retiree, I have to have something). It’s not doing me any good except when I travel, but I am also a stockholder in the local hospital here, giving me big discounts. My wife has got also Philhealth.
