• Life insurance with some health problems?

  I have a few health problems and I am looking for life insurance. I have sleep apnea (I use the machine), COPD (Chronic Bronchitis), and possibly Emphysema (tests being run). My doctor said that nothing is life threatening at this point.

  Anyone know of any good life insurance companies that work with someone who has health issues? I have two small children and I really would like to rest assured they will be taken care of.

  we were looking at getting life insurance, but when reading through the fine print, it said the company was not insured or bonded, ect… there were 2 different kinds, I know one of the was FDIC but Im not sure about the other. is that normal?

  I mean, there’s not really an ideal customer. Everyone’s gonna die.

  I did the math for my life insurance. I’m 22. I’m young, healthy, and I don’t smoke. I have a ,000 life insurance policy that I pay a month for. Even if I live for another 70 years, I’m only going to pay them 00, meaning that they’re going to lose ,600.

  I have recently applied for health and life insurance. The nurse will be coming to take tests next week. I am just curious as to what exactly do they test for (ex. cbc, electrolytes, ast, alt, etc) and do they include a drug test.

• Life Insurance — Is a 78 year old woman too old to get life insurance? If not, who are the better providers?

  I’ve made preliminary inquiries to get life insurance for a 78 year-old female, however, I get the standard response of "no" because of her age and the fact that she has been hospitalized in the last year and has pre-existing conditions (COPD, high blood pressure, arhythmia). My sense, however, is that there may be life insurance companies out there with more accomodating terms for senior citizens. If you know of any such companies, or are experienced enough in life insurance to give a definitive "no- it’s not possible" response, please let me know. What are our alternatives, if any?
