• as a young adult where did you buy your auto insurance and how much did you pay a month?

  well i am 19 i am looking for a auto insurance company. i have a 2003 4runner. so what insurance company did you get at my age. and which would you recommend to me? preferably an insurance that is cheap
  my father paid like 130 per month for this car under his insurance (but he is old lol)
  i also already checked farmers, allstate, and progressive

  I currently might possibly be looking at -7 on my driving record because of few speeding tickets :/ I live in state of Virginia and I currently have geico but i know their rate would be crazy so I am looking to change my insurance company. Any advise or recommendations?

  I just moved to Massachusetts from Rhode Island and recently purchased a new car. I need cheap insurance for my car because I am young and don’t make a lot of money.   I have a Problem. I have USAA as my auto Insurance. I have been paying 5 for 6 months, technically 5 a month.. I want to lower it it but they wont.
  I am 20.Almost 21.

  I just got a lease on a 2010 Honda Civic. Its the first car ever in my name and was a bit pricey for me b/c I don’t have an extensive credit history. Progressive was the cheapest auto insurance I could find so I decided to try it.

• NYC drivers, is there a cheaper way to get Auto insurance?

  I hate the fact that we in NYC have to pay 5x more for auto insurance. I noticed some people have cheaper insurance, is there possibly a way to get cheaper insurance?

   

• Do you have to have auto insurance if your car is undriveable and parked until fixed?

  My car is not driveable, and I am saving money until I can make it so. It’s going to be a while until I fix it. Can I leave the car parked in my parking area and not drive it, and cancel my insurance until I get it fixed without legal consequences?
  Is there law code that specifies required insurance in this case, and if so, how would I find such law code? I have had others tell me both that it is not required and is required, and I do not know who to believe.

   

• Ask: Online Auto Insurance Quotes, are they really safe and accurate?

  I know several people who have submitted their information into one of the many "online auto insurance quotes" and now they have solicitors all over them, on their phone, emails, junk mail and even one case of Social Security Identity theft. So my question is: Are these online auto insurance quotes really safe? Doesn’t it make sense to stay with a local auto insurance agent you can do business with either on the phone or in person.

   

• Where can I find affordable auto insurance with a bad driving record?

  I have a bad driving record and the convictions don’t come off my driving record until december 2010. I feel like I’ve searched everywhere for a decent rate. Does anyone know where I can find a good rate for a person who has a bad record? Or know a way around getitng insurance. My parents can’t insure it for me. So that’s not an option. Thanks!
