I live in Newark and my insurance keeps going up. I have a 2002 ford focus with geico and although I got a speeding ticket and a seat belt ticket, it has gone up a little to much. PLEASE HELP!!!

it speaks for itself what company has the cheapest & most reliable auto insurance company for a 16 year old driver (not 16 yet but I should have my driver’s license by February 25th if I go after my birth day)

Will the insurance be cheaper if I finance the car or paying off the car when I buy new?
Should I buy the car under my name (24 yrs old) or my dad’s name who is 50yrs old and have his driver license 20yrs ago, but never drove?
