The cheapest way to get that ring covered, is on a renters policy. Any insurance agency you would go to, HAS to be licensed in your state. AND, if you want to buy a stand alone policy for that ring, likely it will cost three times as much, and, not cover if you lose stones. Go talk to your mom's agent, or ANY local agent, to get quotes.
