Don’t ask me what he means.

The Bill should be called the "Onion Bill" – layer by layer you will see the true intent – no one will be able to keep their existing insurance – they will be forced to accept whatever plan the government dictates, which makes the insurance companies tools of the government. And the more layers you peel off, the worse this bill stinks. The Public Option will be the result – a single coverage for everyone – and it won’t be an ‘option’.
Oh, and the closer you get to the center of the ‘onion’, you will find that ‘preventative measures’ means that you will be told what you can and cannot eat, drink, and buy.
