I hate the fact that we in NYC have to pay 5x more for auto . I noticed some people have cheaper , is there possibly a way to get cheaper ?

    Yes move out of town, preferably out of state. Your insurance will never get lower, until you have more motorists. And you can’t have more motorists, if the most of them are taxi cabs, and not many more places to have roadways are there. And the Insurance companies you your location as part of the formula that they charge you with.
