    It means that you are certifying that all household members are nonsmokers – not guests.

    Frankly, I haven’t seen a "non smoking discount" on a homeowners policy in decades. I don’t think it exists any more.

    Additionally, MOST nonsmokers object strenuously, to people smoking in their homes. So if the host asks you not to smoke in the house, the polite thing to do is honor their request.

    It’s up to the host.
