A quote from Ayan Rand:
"The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws"
The prison industry is booming and we incarcerate more of our citizens than any other country in the world. Non-violent offenders are placed with violent ones. The prison lobby makes huge contributions to Congressional campaigns for more punishable offenses and tougher sentences.
The food industry processes products with high fructose corn syrup and high in cholesterol that make us sick. The health care industry overcharges while insurance companies deny life-saving treatments to maintain their profits. The drug companies over charge for their products which cause some to make choices on medicines or food.
War profiteering flourshes because we’re in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Is it easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of Heaven?

Not mine. Ayn (Pronounced to rhyme with swine. She said so.) Rand is the latest Republicanazi poster girl. She wrote fiction and only told one side of the story. Read history and see how wrong she was and is.
