i'm in Georgia& I wanted to know if anybody knows where to find info on laws for car insurance companies?
I was in an automobile accident and the other person insurance hasn’t done anything for me and they only want to pay part of it and they wont provide me with a rental car. when it was totally their fault. Where do I find laws on insurance companies and georgia statues on what they have to do? anysites or resources would help

Rather than spending time looking for the law, simply use your own insurance for this claim. They have dozens of lawyers that will work for and fight for you for free.

If they’re only willing to pay part of it, that means they only accepted partial liability, in which case you are not entitled to a rental. Have your insurance company deal with it.
To file a complaint against an insurance company, contact the department of insurance in your state. You can google "Georgia Department of insurance" to find the site.

Turn the claim over to your company. They will subrogate against the other company. (Get them to pay back). It’s not up to you to get the claim settled.
