i called up on 18th december canceled it, they still took money from me on the 21st december and this month my motorcycle is working again can i call them and start again but where i left off?

It depends on the insurance company. some will take it as a new policy, others will just re-instate it. That is what you need to ask them. I must say though, it seems a bit rash to cancel a policy just for three days. Most insurance companies deal a month at a time. Give your insurer a call
