i fell and broke my wrist in a store should their insurance cover it?

I was in a store and fell.
I ended up breaking my wrist and now need surgery.
They have since told me they are not liable.
Shouldn’t their insurance cover it though?
Does it not work like homeowners insurance???
Ive already talked to a few attorneys and they just told me they couldnt take my case.

They have public liability insurance they won’t admit liability so you would have to sue them and prove negligence such as a slippery floor. There are plenty of no win no fee solicitors willing to act on your behalf

You need to contact an attorney to help advise you as to what you need to do.
