Gerber is the most widely known child life insurance there is. You can’t start the purchase PROCEDURE until the child is born, and you have a birth date. And the actual procedure, normally takes four to eight weeks.

I don’t know of any insurance company that can get a baby insured sooner.

    That’s pretty standard.

You probly need life insurance more than your child does. Get some life insurance quotes for you and add your child on the same policy as a children’s rider.

Call around for some quotes. Insurance Agents do not always offer the children’s rider but it is a cheaper way for you to cover the children. Ususally insurance agents want to give you a separate policy for each kid, that way they make the most commission.

Ask about adding a children’s rider to a life insurance policy for yourself.

lifeinsurance.awardspace.info – try this one. I have their insurance and, as remember, they can provide such a service.
