I am planning on purchasing a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house. the sqft is 1079, the year built is 1993, recently had new ac put it, and has a tile roof. would someone let me know about how much it would be for ?

    Insurnace is rated on your credit history, loss history, age, date you purchased the home and type of coverage you are looking for. No one would be able to give you an estimate. You would have to shop for coverage with a local agent. I suggest a local agent for the online carriers will only use your selling price, run an inspection on the home then amend your coverage thereafter and then your premium will go up. Stick to your local professionals.

    You CAN get a quote even though you haven’t purchased the house.

    There’s NO WAY for anyone here to give you a guess – it’s going to depend heavily on a whole bunch of factors you haven’t mentioned. It could be anywhere from $400 to $4,000, depending on those factors.
