		<description>There is no mandatory health insurance - there&#039;s nothing that says an employer has to give it to you, regardless of the number of hours you work. 

You need a different employer - one that provides health benefits.  Tell your employer, you&#039;d really like them to get a group health plan, it&#039;s important to you.  Then start shopping for another job.</description>
