I am looking for a health , and I came across this term while surfing the net… please let me know if there is any difference in the price or the way you use an online plan and a regular plan. Is there any difference in the benefits in the plans or any other difference? Since I am working I don’t have time to meet agents and that’s why I wanted to know the difference between them… please let me know asap.

There is no difference. You can buy the same plan online that you buy offline though not all companies have the ability for people to apply online but most do.

There is no difference in price when shopping online for health insurance…Each initial rate by each of the health insurance companies in your state is regulated. What that means if you go to a number of websites that offer health insurance quotes, you will see that the premiums are all the same. But, that does not mean that is the final rate. If you are applying for a individual or family insurance plan (non group insurance), your application will be medically underwritten. If you are healthy or if you have minor medical issues your more than likely to get you rate you applied. However, if you have medical history that includes: high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other major ailment…Your policy could include riders and/or exclusions on those medical conditions, or even worse you could be declined. Worst case senario, if declined, be sure to see if your state has a high risk pool. To find out if your state has a risk pool, click on the source tab below.
