I have only a part-time job and I am looking for a health insurnace for myself, my wife, and my kid. What is the best out there with best plans and no need for me to wait at least a year to go to the denstist, for example. Any suggestions? Thanks

Try this one – http://healthplans.my-age.net – I personally have their health insurance.
As I know it is the cheapest one for my family in our area. It is affordable and has good coverage for dental issues.

try http://www.pacificprime.com . They are a broker working with LOTS of insurers so they’re able to offer handy comparison tables and low prices.

Your choices are going to vary depending on where you live. Each state has its own health insurance market, so it’s hard to make a specific recommendation. I would suggest that you talk with a licensed insurance agent who knows the health insurance market in your area. It doesn’t add anything to your costs when you work through an agent and since most represent more than one insurance company, they can give you a better idea of what your real options are.

You can also look online. Visit an online health insurance agency like eHealthInsurance.com (where I work). At eHealthInsurance, for example, we’re licensed in all 50 states plus DC and you can get quotes, compare plans and apply for coverage online. You can also talk with one of our licensed agents at 1-800-977-8860.

By the way – You also mentioned Dental coverage. While some health insurance companies may give you the option to add dental coverage to your health insurance plan, usually these coverages are sold separately by different insurance companies. At eHealthInsurance.com we also sell dental insurance plans.

    Good luck,

    Amir M, licensed agent
