if your accident has been registered then you will be done for insurance fraud, and if not the insurance company will inspect the bike and possibly conclude from the state of the bike that it is not new damage due to rust or dirt etc… and you will be prosecuted anyway.
even worse you will possibly get a criminal record and even if you got away with it, insurance for you will be astronomical for a long time afterwards so i would not advise you to try anything silly
