I’ve heard that if you do Young Drivers of Canada as opposed to another ministry approved program you will receive even more of a car insurance discount than the normal one you receive for doing driver’s ed in the first place. Is this true? Because Young Drivers of Canada is very expensive compared to some of the other programs.

    Broadly speaking, If you fully own a cheap car that you can put limited collision on, you’ll pay much less.

    I don’t know about Canada.

    I know a company in the US that offers 10% off for being in school.
