My Husband’s work doesn’t offer so we are looking for individual . We don’t want to spend a ridiculous amount but we want decent coverage. Any suggestions?

Try esurance.com. You can get quotes from several major companies (Aetna, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, etc.). Premiums will depend on your age, where you live, if you smoke, what deductible you choose, etc. Read the plan notes carefully because it’s very complicated. A plan with fir example 3000 in the name means a $3000/yr deductible. These are standard policies but they won’t be cheap unless you’re 25 years old with no health problems. Good luck!

See an insurance broker who handles individual health plans and get some quote and information on options. Doesn’t cost anything but your time.

Beware of the on-line brokers – they’ll give you "lowball" quotes that turn out to be false.

The best way to find it is to go for online quote from 3-4 companies and comparing them for price and coverage and making your decision.

health-quotes.talk4fun.net – my family have this health insurance. It is affordable and has good coverage for dental issues.
