    It honestly depends on your driving history.

    Cheap insurance = limited coverage. You get what you pay for, essentially.

    The General has pretty cheap insurance. Wawaneesa also does.

    Look around. Progressive has a pretty cool comparison thing. The smaller insurance companies usually have the best prices, so see what you can find locally in the Yellowpages or online. Yelp and Angies List are also excellent ways to find quality insurance companies.
