    There are not many life insurers who would provide life insurance coverage to someone with HIV because of the possibility of shortened lifespan.

    no, its one of the first questions that are asked when you get to the medical portion. Now if you lie and the investigation comes after death they will know you lied about it. You will only be entitled to a refund of the premiums paid.
