I have a motorcycle that is financed and I live in Florida. I am financed through HSBC. Is it mandatory that I have to have on the motorcycle?

I don’t live in Florida, but I find it HIGHLY unlikely that the bank who’s financing your bike would be okay with it being uninsured. I’m sure you need not only liability insurance, but collision as well.

Motorcycles are not required to be insured in the state of Florida, however if you have it financed I would assume your finance company would require that (they’d be foolish not to).

Best way to find out is to contact them (the finance company). I paid cash for my bike, but wouldn’t dream of not having it insured.

The state does not require liability insurance if your over 21 and wear a helmet. But chances are probably 100% that your lien holder requires comprehensive and collision coverage on the motorcycle per your loan agreement.

car-insurance.22web.net – try this one. I have their car insurance and, as I know, they can provide such a service.
