I am a college student living on campus and want to have a car but will not be driving it much at all. I am just looking for the most basic and least expensive auto I can find. I am 19 with no tickets or accidents yada yada yada. Where can I find some cheap coverage?

    I have 2 daughters in college. Both use the same company. It was cheaper for us to have them on their own policy.

    I think they get 15% off for being in college. Whatever the discount was made it affordable for them to drive.

    All you can do is start asking for quotes. Rates vary so much on what you drive, where you live, annual mileage, purpose (school), & other factors too numerous to list. Find an agent where you are at & fire up a conversation.

    For auto insurance you have to be not just concerned about price but that is important too. For me I like a local agent that I can ask a quick question so thats why I recommend to look around locally.
