- If you dont own a car, there is no law that forces you to buy car anyway.
However…
– If you dont have healthcare , Obama will now FORCE you to buy a healthcare policy or you will be fined or imprisoned for refusing to pay the fine.

And yet youre still going to sit there and seriously tell me ‘thats not Facism’? Have you people truly now lost whatever was left of your minds?? A Government forcing its citizens to buy something they neither need or want is ‘freedom’ to you???

If you have a car you need to possess insurance for it.
If you have a body you need to possess insurance for it.

If you don’t have a body then you don’t ever need it.

    I’m not buying a d**n thing.

I don’t care what Obama says.

It’s unconstitutional and totalitarian in nature.

We need a revolt sooner rather than later.

They aren’t any smarter than that. This is why they push for entitlements and this type of legislation.

Don’t give the shysters any ideas. I am sure they would love for the government to force everyone to buy liability insurance no matter what.

I don’t own a car so I don’t have to buy auto insurance. I have a choice. Under Obama’s plan I have no choice, I will be forced to buy a product for the first time in history.

It is also worth noting that in some states you are not required to even have auto insurance to own and operate a car. Some states allow you to place a bond with the state to cover liability, hence you can circumvent the insurance companies. New Hampshire requires neither.

What Obama and the dems are doing is absolute Facism and it is an affront to our liberty.

No you are required by law to insure your vehicle.
Why should I pay higher taxes and charges when YOU decide to use the ER as your preferred method of health care?

I’m not buying it either. Send me to jail. This has to stop.

There are many non-fascist countries around the world that require citizens to have health insurance, including Japan.

There will be incentives in place for those who normally wouldn’t be able to afford the insurance, thereby making it affordable to everyone. And in the end, this is a good thing, because poor people get sick too, and actually more than the wealthier. The only problem is, they don’t have regular health care because they can’t afford it, and that’s when things can start to get ugly. Medically speaking that is.

And you’re right, what citizen doesn’t need or want health insurance? It’s a ridiculous thing to even consider.

The only scenarios in which a person neither neither needs nor wants health insurance is if:
    1) They’re able to predict the future, and know that they’re never going to be sick or injured.
    2) They’re so absurdly wealthy that they could afford every possible procedure out of pocket.
    3) They know that hospitals are legally and ethically obligated to stabilize the uninsured, and don’t care that their negligence raises everyone else’s health care costs.

The so called Obamacare legislation doesn’t call for imprisonment. That’s a malicious lie, and you know it.

The bill calls for a fine for the uninsured who can afford care. Imprisonment for debt is on the books still, but it’s almost never used these days.

Subsidized care will be available with the passage of the bill, and the fine will be waived for those who prove they somehow don’t qualify for MediCare yet still can’t afford subsidized insurance.

There’s no scenario that would result in a poor person having more financial hardship from this bill. Nice try though.
