I got hurt while masking a window in my garage. The window had a hidden danger that I didn’t not see (until the accident happened). While masking, the window broke and my Pink went right Through it causing laceration to two tendons. Had surgery and I am on therapy. Can my cover any of my loses? Please help me with this question.

    No. The two sections of the policy that ever cover medical, are "medical payments" – which specifically exclude the named insured and any household members, and "personal liability", where you get sued. You can’t sue yourself.

    You need to file this through your health insurance.

    No. Homeowners insurance will not cover injury to household members.
