Am I considered healthy in this blood pressure and pulse rate?

I used my wrist blood pressure meter to check those in sitting position. Blood Pressure 108/75. Pulse rate 92. Are these rates considered healthy for my age of 37? Because I’m going to get the term life insurance, I will have a paramedical exam later. So I just want to make sure I’m very healthy so as to get a super low premium price. Thanks!

"Normal" blood pressure is considered to be 120/80. Yours falls in the healthy range of normal (just a hair low from the average). This should be good for the insurance companies.
Your pulse rate of 92 is at the high end of average for a resting pulse rate (for reference a resting pulse rate should be 60-100 BPM). However there are many factors that can cause your heart rate to be slightly elevated such as activity before you sat down, or even just the stress of having a medical examination. Coupled with your good blood pressure the insurance companies should put you in a preferred rate unless you have other medical history or family risk factors you didn’t mention (though each insurance company can differ).

Your blood pressure is fine from an underwriting guidelines cutoff.
There are a couple of things that you should do prior to taking your paramed exam to ensure that you get the best results from the paramed exam.
You will find information about paramed exams here.
